Peaberry is rare; our Country Samurai estate crop produces only about 2-3% peaberry. It is a rich, flavorful and aromatic coffee but we are often out of stock on this grade. We roast it at a medium or full city roast.
We wish we had more peaberry but a good farmer produces less of this grade.
