Smoothest, mellowest, sweetest and also largest bean from our own Country Samurai estate.  100% of the beans meet the official Hawaii State grading system.  Acidity is lowest and roasted at full city or medium roast.  Our estate coffee is grown on the slopes of Mount Hualalai so it is mountain grown at an elevation of 1500 feet above sea level--and from the rich Hawaiian volcanic soil.
