100% Kona Prime Somewhat stronger and sharper in taste because of the primarily smaller bean size. Roasted above the medium roast but well below a medium dark (Vienna) roast. Comes from our estate but only in the amount of about 5% of the crop. We are often out of stock in this grade. We recommend our Kona prime to regular espresso lovers because it is a strong and a darker roast.
